Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to tailor individualized treatment plans addressing the unique needs of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated knowledge of different mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong skills in comprehensive mental health assessment and treatment plan development.

• Experience in delivering therapy to a broad and diverse clientele, both individually and in group settings.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
