Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that include crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication plans, ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to create effective patient care strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans, encouraging proactive engagement for clients in their recovery journeys.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with industry rules and standards.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other relevant service systems to enhance service delivery and integrate our programs into the community fabric.

• Establish productive relationships with various stakeholders to advocate for our programs, seeking new partnerships and funding opportunities that benefit our mission.

• Engage in continuing education and professional development, attending conferences, and representing the agency in statewide initiatives and meetings.

• Uphold and promote the philosophy, mission, and values of Together Counseling Services in all interactions and activities.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall operational excellence.
