As a fully remote practice, our team of licensed therapists enjoys the flexibility of working from home while maintaining regular working hours. We adhere to a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to prioritize both your professional responsibilities and personal well-being. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, applying standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Work collaboratively with clients to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in individual and group therapy settings.

• Provide psychoeducation and resources to clients and their families, enhancing understanding of mood disorders and self-management strategies.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team consultations, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance clinical competencies.

• Advocate for clients by working to destigmatize mood disorders and championing their mental health needs in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on individuals suffering from mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related illnesses. We serve a diverse clientele, adapting our approaches to meet the distinct backgrounds and needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or psychologist in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment strategies, particularly regarding mood disorders.
\n
• Understanding of psychopharmacology and experience collaborating with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Proven success and experience in delivering therapeutic interventions with measurable outcomes in mood disorder treatment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
