Your flexible schedule will include some evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients during their preferred times.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline achievable goals and targeted interventions to promote client well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and facilitate safety planning when necessary.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at enhancing community connections.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, in addition to a sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
