Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Narrative Therapy to foster personal growth and promote well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting these goals based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide virtual teletherapy sessions that ensure accessibility for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges, maintaining high standards of care and ethical practice.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including couples, children, teenagers, and families, addressing a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid, state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience, with a focus on diverse populations.

• Competency in working with various client demographics, including experience with couples, children, and families, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
