Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific challenges and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop a cohesive care strategy that encompasses referrals and communication about clients’ progress.

• Educate and empower clients’ families by providing resources and support to promote their understanding and involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, complying with ethical and regulatory standards set by governing bodies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with education and experience. In addition to a strong salary, we also provide a generous sign-on bonus for new therapists joining our team.
