Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a robust caseload of clients by establishing trust-based relationships that respect professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, evaluate therapeutic effectiveness, and explore appropriate discharge timing.

• Design, implement, and continuously update client-centered treatment plans tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes in compliance with agency standards and requirements.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to determine immediate and long-term therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions for professional development and to refine therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and social workers, to enhance holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPC will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing a range of mental health challenges. This role demands sensitivity and adaptability, as clients may deal with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Our approach is client-centered, focusing on building rapport and individualizing care to meet each person's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in New Jersey.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient environment.

• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS systems, Excel, and Outlook.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Proficient in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on assessment data.

• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
