Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, either in-home or through our virtual platform, to support clients facing various mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and trauma.
\n
• Implement behavior management strategies that promote positive coping mechanisms, aiding clients in navigating high-risk behaviors.
\n
• Collaborate closely with the Child Family Treatment Team, maintaining consistent communication with other health professionals involved in the client's care.
\n
• Document client interactions thoroughly, ensuring timely submission of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments.
\n
• Engage in monthly meetings for case reviews and provide constructive recommendations based on client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents, young adults, and their families, addressing a variety of behavioral and emotional issues. You will work closely with clients to enhance their decision-making skills and develop effective strategies for managing life’s challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
\n
• Current and active LMFT license without restrictions.
\n
• Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours from 4 PM to 7 PM.
\n
• Proven experience offering positive behavioral support and intervention strategies.
\n
• A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle are necessary for any in-home therapy sessions.
\n
• Successful completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, is mandatory.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of direct experience in therapy is required, candidates with prior work in clinical settings addressing complex family dynamics and youth behavioral challenges will be preferred. Experience with teletherapy platforms is also considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
