Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day activities will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' histories and develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, utilizing modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for clients to process their trauma and acquire coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic, integrated care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves adult clients who have experienced varied traumas, including physical, emotional, and psychological distress. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this rewarding role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
