Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual telehealth therapy sessions, offering 30-minute consultations tailored to each client's unique situations.

• Assist clients in addressing sub-clinical issues such as work-related stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Guide clients in setting personal and professional goals, and support them in navigating interpersonal relationships.

• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to enhance therapy programs and provide feedback to improve the telehealth platform.

Your work will mainly focus on providing supportive care for a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support from various backgrounds. These individuals may face challenges including stress management, anxiety about life transitions, difficulty in personal relationships, or simply the need for a listening ear while navigating daily life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in your respective state as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing mental health support or counseling is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems for client documentation and treatment planning is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are necessary for enhancing client relationships via virtual mediums such as Zoom and Skype.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
