The Center for Physical Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Charlottesville, Virginia. Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite, allowing for close collaboration with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Our facility is designed specifically for home care and outpatient physical therapy services, ensuring a comfortable and effective environment for our patients. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to address each patient's unique rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Manage a streamlined caseload, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and care required for optimal recovery.
• Utilize your clinical expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to provide effective treatment options.
• Implement cost-effective and evidence-based interventions aimed at enhancing patient mobility and reducing reliance on medications.
• Design comprehensive care plans using a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programs.
• Offer encouragement and support to motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journeys.
• Continuously assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain detailed patient documentation using EMR systems, such as WebPT, ensuring compliance and care continuity.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults addressing mobility issues related to aging. We focus on providing tailored support to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall functional ability, ensuring that each patient feels empowered on their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Virginia.
• No history of sanctions or board proceedings against your license.
• Exceptional proficiency in various manual therapy techniques.
• Proven capability in developing and implementing successful exercise programs catered to diverse patient needs.
• Experience with EMR software, especially WebPT, for accurate and effective documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of current physical therapy practices and methodologies backed by recent research.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, with a strong background in sports medicine and non-hospital rehabilitation.
• Desirable familiarity with patient-centered care and evidence-based approaches in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
