Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences and support each other.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions that focus on exploring clients' thoughts and feelings, helping them to develop coping strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their specific needs, preferences, and goals.

• Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to monitor and evaluate client progress continuously.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, communicate essential information, and consult on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30, guiding them through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Our clients often face a variety of mental health challenges and may be seeking to develop new skills for coping with life’s pressures. Your ability to inspire hope and foster resilience will play a key role in their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Current and valid LPC licensure in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• Comfort and proficiency in using remote treatment technologies to facilitate counseling sessions.
