Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to enhance clients’ well-being.

• Keep detailed and accurate clinical records to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care, including regular consultations with psychiatrists and addiction counselors.

• Engage and educate patients and their families about treatment options, coping strategies, and resources available for continued support.

• Stay current on emerging trends and research in mental health to continually improve delivery of care and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or addiction treatment setting.
