Our company is looking for a Client Partnerships Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support client on-boarding from the sales cycle to technical handoff, ensure knowledge transfer on accounts between teams;
  • Expert knowledge in all of Kochava’s product offerings;
  • Build and mentor the relationship with key partners across regions;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the entire client portfolio and actively identify new opportunities;
  • Strong technical and industry knowledge in order to provide consistent messaging to clients;
  • eAssist with implementation, integration, and AdOps questions as part of the sales cycle;
  • Research new products to meet the needs of the client and the corresponding “Go To Market” strategy;
  • Maintain a portfolio P&L with a drive toward profitability (margin and top line growth) and renegotiate customer contracts to ensure profitability;
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and identify areas of opportunity for providing value added business solutions;
  • Monthly travel required;
  • Perform quarterly reviews for all clients;
  • Monitor industry and company news to determine future trends as well as manage reporting to gauge account health;
  • Ensure complete information is entered into Salesforce;
  • Strategize with Client Insights Team for analysis and delivery of Business Value Assessments to provide client strategy and value.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable ability to oversee and prioritize a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints;
  • Experience in Account Management, Technical Support or Programming/Engineering (preferably in Software), utilizing Excel, SQL and/or related coding;
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of collaborative teams;
  • Knowledgeable of multiple mobile platforms, operating systems and internet protocols;
  • Familiarity with mobile technology, advertising and data management software;
  • Experience with data management systems, MS Office products, Mobile/Desktop ads;
  • Detailed documentation skills of client communication, timelines, and deliverables in a fast track environment;
  • Strong customer service skills, able to effectively communicate (written and verbal), and proactively lead customer expectations;
  • BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
