- Experience managing large scale projects;
- Experience in delivering commercial software in Software as Service (SaaS) is essential;
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience;
- 2-5 years of experience in engineering leadership and management;
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) is a plus;
- Sets high expectations for self and others s/he is leading and holds self and team accountable for performance goals;
- Extensive knowledge of North Central MA fundraising landscape;
- Knowledge of both special event and non-event fundraising activities (major gifts, stewardship, etc.) is a must;
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently to achieve goals;
- Demonstrated experience using listening, diplomacy and tact to build strong relationships and motivate donors and volunteers;
- Dependable judgment and impeccable integrity;
- Experience managing volunteers in fundraising, event planning, and coordination efforts;
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be flexible and able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
