ADP is hiring an Executive Administrator for our AI and Innovation Labs team within the Global Product & Technology (GPT) division in our Roseland, NJ Corporate Headquarters.
In this role, you will couple your positive attitude, superb organizational skills, and deep understanding of ADP to ensure the smooth functioning of activities and processes in support of one or more executives.

Deliver high-level executive support to the Chief AI Officer and leadership team, including driving seamless coordination of meetings, managing complex travel arrangements, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders (including ADP executive leadership), processing expenses, and enhancing executive presentations.
Lead the planning and execution of internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, group travel, and associate engagement initiatives; manage registration processes and maintain accurate attendee tracking.
Act as a key operational partner, ensuring the day-to-day administrative infrastructure runs smoothly to enable team focus on strategic priorities and business outcomes.
Maintain and manage files, records, and databases to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
Administer eTime requests with precision and adherence to company policies.
Serve as a trusted resource by providing ongoing administrative and operational support to management and the broader team.
High school diploma with 4+ years of experience or equivalent education

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience within a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a performance-driven setting while upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern web-based tools, including SharePoint for content creation, design, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and excellence.
