This position is based at our outpatient facility situated in the vibrant community of Princeton, New Jersey. As a therapist working in our clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive and dynamic environment. The facility is designed to foster recovery and rehabilitation, with modern equipment and resources to optimize patient care. Evaluate patients referred by their physicians and implement individualized treatment plans that align with established protocols.

Utilize evidence-based practices to offer therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document all interactions thoroughly to maintain continuity of care.

Demonstrate exemplary customer service by communicating effectively with patients and their families, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed.

Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes through shared knowledge and patient-centered care.

Provide in-home care as needed, following best practice procedures to facilitate a seamless recovery process as outlined by the physician's plan.

As a Lead Physical Therapist, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population. You will treat conditions across a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine areas. Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Active state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) granted by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.

Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing patient information.

A passion for community engagement and a desire to positively impact the lives of those we serve.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in areas such as sports rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, or neurological rehabilitation will be highly regarded.
