This position is based in Clearwater, Florida, at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. As an onsite therapist, you will work closely with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals in a supportive and engaging atmosphere. Our facility is designed to ensure a seamless integration of various therapeutic modalities, allowing you to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs.

As a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician referrals to optimize patient recovery.

Delivering patient education and training for both individuals and their caregivers, enabling them to understand treatment goals and participate actively in their recovery journey.

Demonstrating exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement, thereby increasing overall clinic effectiveness.

Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to refine treatment strategies based on collective insights and patient outcomes, fostering a holistic approach.

Meeting predetermined utilization metrics and contributing towards clinic performance objectives to support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of patients, including those in orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric care, neurology, and sports medicine. A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.

A current CPR certification, demonstrating your preparedness for emergency situations.

Proficiency with computer systems and word processing applications, enabling efficient documentation and care coordination.

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic techniques and those who have established community relationships are encouraged to apply.
