This position requires on-site work in a home care setting, allowing you to provide one-on-one attention and home-based therapy to patients in their own environment. Our team fosters a supportive atmosphere where therapists can collaborate closely and share best practices. You will have access to advanced therapeutic tools and resources aimed at optimizing patient care, ensuring you have the tools necessary to achieve successful outcomes.

Implement individualized orthopedic rehabilitation programs focusing on restoring movement, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life.

Utilize evidence-based practices and advanced therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation to maximize patient recovery.

Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans dynamically based on their response to therapy.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors, many of whom are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain syndromes. Your role will focus not just on physical rehabilitation but also on promoting education and engagement in the treatment process, helping patients understand their conditions and the importance of follow-through in their recovery paths.

A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required. Current state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Strong organizational skills to manage and document patient care while balancing multiple caseloads.

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred.

Experience working in home care settings or with a pediatric population is a plus.

Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
