Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional orthopedic physical therapy services to patients of varying demographics, which includes conducting thorough assessments to gauge each patient's physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs and align with their rehabilitation goals based on detailed evaluations and medical history.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the latest techniques to guide interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and updates during regular case conferences to ensure a cohesive approach to patient management.
• Educate patients and their families thoroughly about injury prevention, effective home exercise regimens, and strategies to enhance self-care and promote long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population suffering from various orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Our patients range from adolescent athletes to elderly individuals, each presenting unique challenges that require tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with a valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment skills and a strong foundation in physical therapy treatment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a team.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting, providing rehabilitation services to improve patient functionality and quality of life.
• Certification in orthopedic physical therapy or experience with specialized therapeutic techniques is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
