Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations for new clients to understand their individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy sessions, adapting techniques to best suit the unique requirements of each client.
• Engage in regular case reviews and collaborative discussions with the Lead Psychologist to ensure high standards of care.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation that meets clinical and state compliance requirements, ensuring accurate patient records.
• Assist in discharge planning and aftercare coordination, supporting clients through their recovery journey from outpatient settings.
• Stay current on industry best practices and contribute to ongoing training sessions aimed at enhancing service delivery within the team.
• Foster empathetic relationships with clients, ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout their therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your approach will be client-centered and tailored to empower individuals and families, fostering resilience and promoting positive mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive relationships with clients through empathetic communication and professional support.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or outpatient mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the size of your caseload.
