Prime Psychiatry Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) for a full-time remote position. Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position, leveraging telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions with clients. Our flexible work structure allows therapists to operate from anywhere, providing services Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate varying patient needs. We utilize secure telehealth platforms to ensure confidentiality and maintain therapeutic rapport.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of patients' backgrounds and experiences.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual patient, considering their specific cultural and personal circumstances.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care that enhances treatment outcomes.
• Respond to crisis situations effectively, offering support and intervention when patients face acute mental health challenges.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources to empower them in their wellness journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and training sessions focused on cultural competency and best practices.
• Stay current with ongoing research and developments in the field of mental health to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and tools for remote therapy sessions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with multicultural populations and specific training in areas such as trauma-informed care or crisis intervention.
• Background in delivering telehealth services or using digital platforms for patient interactions.
• Previous work within outpatient mental health settings is a plus.
