Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and substance use issues to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and recovery goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to facilitate effective individual counseling sessions.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, encouraging open discussion and peer support that empowers participants and fosters a sense of community.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support and strategies during high-stress situations related to substance use emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about substance use disorders and available community resources, enhancing understanding and support for the recovery process.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure the integrity of client information.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development workshops to continuously improve service delivery and clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field, with active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
