Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand individual mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to offer virtual sessions for clients who prefer this format, incorporating technology in a seamless and effective manner.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences, to enhance your clinical skills and stay up to date with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals of various ages and backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
