Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their mental health progress, stability, and future appointments, ensuring timely discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and client goals, adjusting as necessary based on client feedback andprogress.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes and treatment plans to ensure compliance with health regulations and to facilitate continuity of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to formulate initial treatment plans and establish client needs.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based interventions and support.
\n
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to foster professional development and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals including case managers and psychiatrists to create a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is mandatory.
