Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with educational staff, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to develop cohesive care plans that address the unique needs of each student.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and case reviews to create targeted, actionable treatment strategies for diverse mental health challenges.

• Provide counseling and therapeutic support to students facing various emotional and behavioral issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges within the educational system. You will support individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing concerns such as social-emotional difficulties, behavioral issues, and life transitions. Collaborating with families and educators, you will work to provide holistic care that enhances student outcomes both socially and academically.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A current and valid LCSW license in Virginia is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
