Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, focusing on their unique needs and challenges.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans targeting mental health improvements, emotional well-being, and integration into the educational community.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for a range of conditions such as ASD, ADHD, and more, thereby ensuring effective treatment pathways.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, concentrating on enhancing personal growth, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate intensively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and therapists, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during urgent mental health situations, ensuring prompt assistance to students in need.

• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions and the resources available to them, fostering an informed community.

• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes that adhere to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is focused on a diverse population of students dealing with complex mental health needs. You will be working closely with children and adolescents who may present with ASD, learning disabilities, ADHD, emotional and behavioral disorders, and trauma history. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Exceptional assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills, with a focus on trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
