Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students with various special needs, identifying their unique challenges and strengths.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and other modalities suitable for ASD, ADHD, and trauma.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, assisting students in personal growth, emotional regulation, and effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with educational professionals to create an integrated support system for students, ensuring seamless communication regarding each student’s progress.

• Offer crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, using established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of students.

• Educate students and families about mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them with knowledge for better outcomes.

• Adhere to legal and ethical standards by maintaining accurate clinical documentation and utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
