Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, identifying their unique needs and developing comprehensive profiles to guide treatment.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address the mental health challenges and foster the emotional well-being of each student.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to students diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, and related disorders, ensuring they have the tools necessary for successful integration into the school community.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding students through exercises aimed at personal growth, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to align care strategies in support of students' educational goals.

• Provide timely crisis intervention support, guiding students through mental health emergencies with professionalism and empathy.

• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions, community resources, and effective coping mechanisms, fostering a greater understanding and support system.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practice.

• A current and valid LCSW licensure within the state of Colorado.

• Proven skills in conducting mental health assessments and formulating actionable treatment plans.
