Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify individual needs and challenges.

• Provide both individual and family therapy sessions, tailored to the specific therapeutic needs identified during assessments.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
\n
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to support patients in maintaining their mental health stability.
\n
• Create comprehensive discharge plans, outlining essential next steps for continuity of care post-therapy.
\n
• Adhere to all current federal and state laws, and regulatory requirements, as well as center policies and procedures to ensure compliance in care delivery.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and remain current with best practices.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to foster a culture of collaboration and shared learning.
\n
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements to uphold the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of California.

• Experience in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly desirable.

• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with licensure and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
