Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, identifying clients' mental health needs and formulating individualized treatment plans that promote effective outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of individuals, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and interpersonal therapy.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.

• Provide timely crisis interventions to clients facing acute psychiatric emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives and educational activities aimed at reducing stigma and promoting mental health awareness.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills for maintaining accurate and timely documentation and client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
