Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Heart Share Healthcare Center, you will be instrumental in delivering evidence-based and holistic treatment programs. Your daily tasks will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions, encouraging clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized counseling sessions to explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to assist them in developing coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support their development.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining open communication to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, ensuring comprehensive support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of young adults, ages 18-30, participating in our outpatient treatment programs. Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be considered for this role:

• A valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
