Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a diverse patient population encompassing individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from those with anxiety and depression to those battling substance use disorders and eating disorders. You will approach each client with cultural competence, employing strategies that respect their unique backgrounds and experiences, and help foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of four years of related experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating depth of knowledge and skill.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic practices, and the ability to implement evidence-based interventions.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and virtual communication tools essential for remote operations.
