ENA Sr Strategic Account Executive -TRS

This position is responsible for strategic oversight and retention for an assigned Texas public market. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and viewed as a trusted advisor. Develop understanding of client business strategy and identify innovative product solutions to balance costs with long-term health strategy. Ensure client is satisfied with product outcomes and services. Responsible for renewal contract negotiations, client and membership retention, and RFP preparation, if needed. Required Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years’ experience in Healthcare Account Management OR 10+ years’ experience in Healthcare Account Management Current state agent insurance license or obtain within 90 days Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in complex accounts Sales negotiation and conflict management skills Knowledge of health care industry regulations, products, market trends and competitive landscape Analytical and presentation skills including producing and analyzing reports/data, developing presentations, and maintaining databases of sales activities Ability and willingness to travel as needed Preferred Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree INJLF Compensation $98,300.00 - $147,300.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
