Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to facilitate effective treatment.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, assessing their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, client-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and establish appropriate care pathways.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions and participate actively in supervision for professional growth.

As an LMHC at Somervell Consulting Clinic, you will serve a diverse population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges and those coping with substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated ability to meet internal credentialing requirements within relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals in substance abuse recovery.

• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
