Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting combined with the benefits of a collaborative outpatient office environment. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day duties will involve a range of therapeutic practices and administrative tasks including:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with include individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique challenges related to relationships, intimacy, stress management, and personal development. Your expertise will be vital in providing empathetic support to clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, and interpersonal relationships. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting, providing therapy to a diverse clientele.

• Strong skills in compassionate communication, problem-solving, and active listening to cultivate therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred and an asset in delivering effective client care.

Preferred Experience\n

While the above qualifications are essential, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, family therapy) or experience in group therapy settings will be highly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n
