Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to develop effective treatment plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a broad and diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with trauma, substance misuse, anxiety, depression, and familial or relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, along with various bonuses based on performance.
