Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to better understand clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available support networks.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound, collaborating with clients to outline their recovery goals.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by partnering with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers, ensuring seamless care delivery to clients.
\n
• Perform crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning, equipping clients with strategies for handling crises effectively.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation compliant with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a seamless flow of information within the treatment team.
\n
• Lead psychoeducation workshops, support groups, and therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs, promoting peer support and shared experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds and histories. Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and related disorders, all seeking support in safely navigating their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, showcasing your expertise in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
