Work Environment\n

This position is offered in a fully remote capacity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being part of our collaborative team. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of our patients. This remote arrangement ensures you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while being fully engaged in your therapeutic practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial sessions to accurately identify patients' psychological needs and develop detailed, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored specifically to the needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at providing education on common mental health issues, enabling participants to share experiences and gain support within a community setting.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist patients during emergency situations, ensuring immediate support and referrals as needed.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
