Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on their emotional and mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Identify potential obstacles to recovery and work proactively to address behavioral patterns that may hinder progress.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress throughout their therapeutic journey, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our platform primarily serves stable adults seeking improvement in their mental health. All clients are screened before joining the platform, ensuring that you work with individuals who are ready and willing to engage in the therapeutic process. This allows for meaningful client interactions and creates an environment wherein you can effectively utilize your expertise.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Fully licensed to practice independently in Washington State as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  \n
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  \n

• No limited or provisional licenses. No prior disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to connect empathetically with clients.
\n
• Proficient in computer use and comfortable with telehealth technology.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with teletherapy practices is preferred but not mandatory. If you are an experienced mental health counselor looking to expand your reach in the telehealth community, this role is for you. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and online therapeutic techniques will be beneficial.
