Key Responsibilities\n

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication management.

• Support patients in coping with withdrawal symptoms by providing practical advice and emotional support.

• Document patient interactions accurately and submit reports to the health care team to ensure continuity of care.

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing substance use disorders, including those undergoing the detoxification process. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field is required.
