Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess patient needs, diagnose mental or emotional disorders, and develop effective, customized treatment plans.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health counseling by completing continuing education courses, maintaining your National Certified Counselor certification.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals dealing with the psychological impacts of trauma, including those who have suffered injuries due to accidents, violence, or significant life changes. Understanding the complex needs of trauma patients and creating tailored therapeutic approaches will be crucial in your role. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
