Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite as our team delivers quality healthcare directly in patients' homes. Working in a home care setting requires Physical Therapists to be adaptable, innovative, and resourceful, as they will assess their patient's living environments and design personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and living conditions. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while ensuring consistent interaction with our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients by reviewing medical histories and performing thorough physical assessments to determine their specific physical therapy needs.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to explain evaluation findings and establish individualized treatment goals, promoting a patient-centered approach.
• Implement and adapt therapeutic exercises, mobility training, pain management techniques, and modalities tailored to each patient's condition.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to optimize effectiveness.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies for injury prevention, wellness, and self-management outside of therapy sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops to share insights and enhance team performance through continuous learning.
• Utilize tools and systems for patient record management, ensuring timely and accurate documentation that supports quality care.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
