This position allows for a remote work arrangement, with a focus on providing school-based mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client's mental health concerns, resources, and strengths.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and needs.
\n
• Engage in collaborative teamwork with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for all clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at providing additional therapeutic resources.

• Manage crisis situations by offering crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-age children and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
