Work Environment\n

This role is designed for remote work, allowing you to engage with clients in a comfortable and flexible setting. Our outpatient office provides a supportive atmosphere that values teamwork and collaboration. While your primary interactions will be virtual, you will have the option to utilize our facility as needed. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on the needs of our patients and their schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational workshops and support groups, covering topics pertinent to common mental health issues, while fostering peer connection and community support.
\n
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a patient's well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring a rapid and effective response during psychological emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of sessions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Stay up to date on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Strong foundational knowledge of various mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Ability to facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions effectively, engaging diverse populations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with patients and colleagues alike.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and their application in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
