Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Cavalier, you will:

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate directly with clients to create personalized treatment plans that consider their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and individual experiences in order to promote healing.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate support and the coordination of care with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain precise and current clinical documentation in alignment with clinic policies and regulatory compliance, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with practical skills and knowledge to effectively manage their mental health.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
