This full-time remote position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in providing essential support and intervention services to young children with developmental delays, ensuring they receive the care and guidance needed to thrive.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in a variety of essential responsibilities that include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of young children and their families.
\n
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that each child's unique developmental requirements are met.
\n
• Monitoring outcomes and maintaining active participation as a collaborative team member, fostering optimal results for children and families.
\n
• Equipping families with valuable information, strategies, and support resources tailored to enhance their child's development in alignment with individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Utilizing a coaching model alongside Natural Learning Environment Practices, which integrate developmental learning opportunities into the child's daily experiences.
\n
• Building rapport with children, families, and team members to promote a positive and effective service delivery atmosphere.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations related to social work practices and child development programs.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on young children, particularly those who are infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays. Your contributions will directly impact their developmental trajectory and provide essential early intervention services. This includes addressing various aspects of child development such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work accredited by a recognized institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel when necessary to support clients.
\n
• One year of relevant experience working with children in early intervention settings.
\n
• Proficiency in adapting practices to meet diverse learning styles and individual needs.
\n
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and partnership.
\n
• Commitment to applying Natural Learning Environment Practices in service delivery.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in early childhood development, those who have demonstrated effective communication within multidisciplinary teams, and individuals who have previously utilized evidence-based strategies to improve child outcomes.
