Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office located in Lakewood, NJ. The setting is designed for collaborative work and embraces a holistic approach to health. The practice operates with a close-knit team atmosphere, where all professionals are encouraged to share their insights and collaborate on patient care. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics extending to 8:00 p.m. Additionally, there may be opportunities to participate in weekend community outreach events or health fairs, further promoting wellness in our local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical, emotional, and social evaluations, to establish a thorough understanding of each patient's health.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with local organizations to create and implement health education initiatives aimed at improving community health literacy.
• Advocate for patients' rights, ensuring culturally sensitive care is provided at all times to reflect the diverse backgrounds of our patient population.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
