Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for students, identifying both acute and chronic health conditions.

• Provide education regarding health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies to students and their families.

• Document patient encounters meticulously in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and school policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population of students ranging from preschool-aged children to high school seniors. You will address a wide variety of health concerns, including common childhood illnesses, chronic condition management, mental health support, and routine health maintenance. Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nurse Practitioner certification and active state nursing license.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required; a Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program is preferred.
