Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and establish clinical diagnoses while actively listening to their experiences.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that each session adheres to clinical best practices and is client-centered.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during acute mental health emergencies, utilizing appropriate techniques to stabilize clients and connect them to necessary resources.

• Maintain comprehensive, confidential client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning by actively working with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
